We deliver to over 16,000 Suburbs and Post Codes throughout Australia:

However, we do not offer a ‘free delivery’ service. We offer best prices from our fulfilment centre. Prices exclude courier shipping costs. If we were to offer ‘free shipping’, product prices would be at least 30% higher.

Please note that for certain larger items, a nominal surcharge of $9 will be applied.

Super Cheap Boxes strives to offer fair and transparent services to our customers. Please note that we reserve the right to adjust our delivery costs at any time to align with changing logistics and market conditions.

On completion of Check-Out you will receive the following notifications by email:

  • Payment Received: Confirmation of payment.
  • Order Processed: Confirmation of Order details.
  • Order to Fulfilment: Confirmation Your Order has moved to fulfilment.
  • Order Completed: Advising despatch and your Consignment Number to enable you to Track and Trace your order, and PDF Tax Invoice.

Delivery Destinations & Shipping Timeframes

We can deliver to your door Australia wide. The standard delivery days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Below are approximate shipping times for orders received before 2pm daily, weekdays. The below list is not complete.

Authority To Leave (ATL)

If the order is marked "Authority to Leave" or "ATL", you are giving SuperCheap Boxes authority to leave your goods at the delivery location without signature. The delivery driver will determine a safe place to leave you parcel, alternatively, you can nominate an easily accessible area for the parcels to be left in the order notes. SuperCheap Boxes holds no responsibility for goods left unattended at a delivery address when the parcel is marked “ATL”.
